Accepted Payment Methods

  • Installment plans: When installment options are enabled through wallets or banks.

Financial Data Security & Protection

  • Full encryption: All your credit card details are processed through secure, tamper-resistant encryption protocols (SSL/TLS).
  • Complete confidentiality: HTech Store never saves, stores, or views any of your bank card data or secret numbers; they are handled entirely and directly through Paymob's encrypted gateway servers, internationally certified to the PCI-DSS standard.
  • Secure verification (3D Secure): Some transactions may require a one-time password (OTP) sent by your bank to confirm that you are the genuine cardholder.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Order cancellation: If you cancel your order before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used.
  • Refund timeframe: Once a product return or transaction cancellation is approved, the refund request is sent to Paymob immediately. Funds may take between 3 and 14 business days to appear in your bank account or digital wallet, depending on the internal policy of your card-issuing bank.
  • Administrative fees: The payment gateway's administrative transaction fee may be deducted if the cancellation is at the customer's request without a defect in the product.

Fraud Prevention & Suspicious Activity

  • HTech Store and the Paymob gateway reserve the right to refuse or suspend any payment that shows suspicious or unauthorized activity.
  • If a transaction is declined for security reasons, the order will be put on hold and we will contact you to verify it, or the transaction will be cancelled and the funds returned to the original cardholder for their protection.
